Rang Panchami (Panchami means fifth) is celebrated on the fifth day of Chaitra Krishna Paksha as per the Hindu calendar. It is considered to be a part of the Holi festival, festivities of which start on the Pratipada (first day) of Chaitra Krishna Paksha and end after five days on the Panchami day. Rangpanchami 2022 is on March 22.
